Manuel Devaud

Manuel Devaud is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service architecture and management. Currently serving as IT Service Architect and IT Service Manager at Cembra since April 2021, Manuel has previously held significant roles, including Director of Technical Product Management for Digital Applications Operation at GE Power from November 2016 to January 2021, and Application Service Manager at Alstom Group from October 2012 to November 2016. At Firmenich, from July 2005 to September 2012, Manuel was a Project Manager and Solution Lead for ITSM and PPM platforms, and also focused on lead process improvement as an ITIL expert. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in IS Management from ESVIG, which was completed between 1997 and 1999.
