Barbara Bertaggia

Barbara Bertaggia is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at CEME GROUP since January 2018. From January 2006 to January 2018, Barbara held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Xylem Inc., where responsibilities included recruitment, training, performance management, and supporting payroll activities. Barbara began their career as an HR Specialist with Adecco Italia from December 2001 to January 2006, focusing on personnel recruitment and selection. Barbara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a High School diploma in Linguistics from Istituto Leonardo da Vinci Vigevano.
