Christian Staerker

Christian Staerker has been with CEMEX Deutschland AG since September 2007, serving in various managerial roles focused on IT infrastructure and processes, production processes, and team leadership in application and hardware support. Responsibilities include coordination with outsourcing partners, business case development, project leadership, and CAPEX/OPEX planning. Prior to this, Christian held positions at CEMEX and its subsidiary Readmix Deutschland AG, where significant contributions were made to process implementation, dispatch system support, and supply chain consulting across multiple countries. Christian holds a degree in electrical engineering from Technische Universität Ilmenau, obtained between 1991 and 1997.
