Lucy Forster

Lucy Forster is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the HR field. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at CEMEX UK since April 2015, Lucy has also held the same position at Cemex UK Operations since September 2011. Prior to these roles, Lucy worked as an HR Advisor at CEMEX from January 2006 to September 2011 and as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant at Backupstaff Ltd from January 2005 to January 2006. Lucy's career began at Morrisons as an HR Supervisor from October 1999 to December 2004.
