Esteban Ríos Cristancho

Esteban Ríos Cristancho has been with Cemex since October 2017, progressing through various roles including Operations Leader, Operational Excellence Leader, and Operational Excellence Head. In these positions, Esteban has implemented Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, managed business profitability, and led QMS ISO 9001:2015 and EMS ISO 14001:2015 initiatives for ready-mix concrete production. Prior to these roles, Esteban served as an Operational Excellence Coordinator and Analyst, focusing on production indicators and efficiency metrics. Esteban's educational background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and ongoing studies in Financial Administration at Universidad EAFIT.
