Jaime Muguiro joined Cemex in 1996 and has held several executive positions in the Strategic Planning, Business Development, Ready-Mix Concrete, Aggregates, and Human Resources areas. He headed Cemex’s operations in Egypt, our former Mediterranean Region, our operations in the South, Central America, and the Caribbean region, and more recently, our operations in the United States. He holds a BA degree in Management from San Pablo CEU University in Spain, a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
