Rick Colangelo-Schicitano

Rick Colangelo-Schicitano serves as the South Florida Division Operations Manager for CEMEX, overseeing multiple ready-mix plants, drivers, field representatives, and maintenance departments since April 2019. With extensive experience as a Private Investigator since 2001, Rick specializes in insurance fraud and surveillance.
