Rigoberto Garcia

Rigoberto Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and internal audit, currently serving as the Process Assessment Senior Manager at CEMEX since October 2009. In this role, Rigoberto evaluates compliance with internal policies and regulations, leading the Antibribery Committee for anti-corruption assessments across CEMEX Business Units. Prior to this, Rigoberto held positions at CEMEX focusing on fraud investigations and risk assessment, and at PwC, where evaluations of internal controls aligned with SOX requirements were conducted. Rigoberto holds an Executive MBA from IPADE Business School and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with a degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
