Ryan Young

Ryan Young is an experienced Accounting Controller with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as the Divisional Controller for California Readymix at Cemex since July 2008, Ryan manages a revenue stream exceeding $356 million across 35+ locations, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and communicating financial results to diverse audiences. Prior experience includes serving as Accounting Controller at Rinker Materials, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, forecasting, and administration, as well as overseeing a system conversion to SAP ERP. Additionally, Ryan held the role of Accounting Controller at Kiewit, leading budgeting and administrative functions while also managing several system conversions during changes in ownership structure. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Oregon University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
