Sagar Adroja

Sagar Adroja has a strong background in technical support engineering and project support engineering. Sagar worked at Cemtrex Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer Specialist in Video Management Software (VMS) for Vicon Industries, Inc. In this role, they collaborated with the development and QA teams, identified and reported application bugs, and provided ongoing technical development and support to team members. Prior to that, they worked at Hikvision as a Projects Support Engineer and Expert in VMS Support Engineer. Here, they provided on-site support, troubleshooted server issues, and enhanced platform productivity. Sagar also worked on designing solutions for enterprise and government projects. Before Hikvision, Sagar Adroja worked at Nokia Networks as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer, where they provided remote support for resolving issues related to BTS, BSC, OMCR, and MFS. Sagar operated fault management, configuration management, and performance management systems. Sagar also has experience at Golden Eye Securities as a Technical Support Engineer.

Sagar Adroja's education history includes obtaining an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Gujarat University. Sagar attended Gujarat University from 2012 to 2015.
