Elodie Lanies has held various positions in the financial field since 2000. Elodie began their career as an External Auditor at Ernst & Young in 2000. In 2004, they became a Financial Controller at Nautilus Food. From 2007 to 2012, they held the positions of Business Unit Controller and Financial Manager at Groupe Smart&co - Smartbox. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Chief Financial Officer at SFS Securities & Financial Solutions - IMS EXPERT. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Corporate Secretary at GROUPE IMS EXPERT. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Corporate Secretary at EUROPA ORGANISATION. Since 2018, they have been a Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at PELONIC pour Gallusette, where they are responsible for constructing BP and market analysis, development of sales strategy, and definition and development of a brand. In 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Cenareo.

Elodie Lanies earned a Master of Business Administration from Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon between 1999 and 2000, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie et des Industries Agroalimentaires de Nancy between 1997 and 2000, with a focus in Agronomy.
