Rafael Kosa Teixeira

Rafael Kosa Teixeira has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Rafael started their career as an intern at British American Tobacco and Shell Oil Company before becoming a Supply Chain Trainee at Gerdau S.A. Later, they joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Supply Chain Specialist and took part in a leadership development program. Rafael then worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company, where they gained experience in company and industry analysis, revenue management, and project execution. Rafael also served as Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they worked on various projects related to supply chain optimization, customer segmentation, and strategy development. Currently, they hold a leadership position at Cencora, where they have served as President of various divisions, including International Growth, World Courier and ICS, and Profarma Specialty, specializing in business expansion, transformation, and overseeing investments in Latin America.

Rafael Kosa Teixeira has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. In 2004, they pursued a specialization in Logistics at COPPEAD UFRJ. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Rafael obtained an MBA in Strategy and General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
