Gianna Fulgeri

Gianna Fulgeri is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in project management and systems implementation across various sectors. Currently serving as Delivery Lead SR at Cencosud S.A. since April 2011, Gianna leads projects in Retail Financial Services, Customer Loyalty, Home Improvement, and Department Stores, including the significant Mexs project for Home Improvement and the implementation of Siebel for customer service processes. Prior to this, Gianna held the position of Jefe de Proyectos Experto at LAN Airlines from July 1999 to April 2011, managing key initiatives in Human Resources, Finance, and Innovation, such as automation in document accounting through SAP. Gianna's career began as a Consultor RRHH at SAP Chile and includes roles in consulting and systems analysis, ultimately building a solid foundation in technology and project execution. Gianna holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Computer Science from Universidad de Concepción.
