Lucas Matías Sottil

Lucas Matías Sottil has extensive experience in cloud engineering and security leadership, currently serving as Sr. Security Lead and Leader of the Cloud Platform Engineering team at Cencosud S.A. since April 2015. In previous roles at Cencosud, Lucas contributed as a Senior Cloud Engineer and Cloud Engineer, focusing on hybrid cloud adoption across multiple countries. Prior to joining Cencosud, Lucas worked at Philip Morris International as a Technical Analyst in Collaboration Services, managing centralized applications and services, and held positions at Errepar SA, Teleperformance Argentina, IBM Argentina, and Software del Plata, with a solid foundation in network administration and customer support. Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering at Universidad Abierta Interamericana, Lucas demonstrates a strong commitment to professional development in information technology.
