Mike Ederle

Mike Ederle has a strong background in finance and administration, with experience in various leadership roles. Mike worked as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Cenduit LLC, where they led a team of 18 employees and implemented accounting structures and financial controls for multiple international entities. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Trinity Convergence, Inc., overseeing all financial, legal, and administrative functions. Mike was also involved in preparing the company for an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange. Mike also co-founded Cerulic, Inc. and served as its Chief Financial Officer. Mike held similar positions at PreNet Corporation and eFusion, Inc. In their early career, they worked at Intel Corporation as a Finance Manager and at Texas Instruments as a Packaging Engineer. Mike's expertise in financial leadership and strategic planning has contributed to revenue growth and profit margins throughout their career.

Mike Ederle completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Packaging Science from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the University of Washington, from 1991 to 1993.
