Nicole Truong

Nicole Truong has over 10 years of work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Nicole is currently working at Cendyn as the Director of Product Management since April 2022. Before that, they worked as a Product Manager at Cendyn from January 2022 to April 2022. Prior to Cendyn, Nicole was a Product Manager at Pegasus from February 2021 to April 2022, and an Associate Director of Client Services from February 2019 to February 2021. Nicole also has experience working at Travel Tripper as an Associate Director of Client Services from January 2019 to October 2019, and as a Client Services Manager from December 2016 to December 2018. Before that, Nicole worked at Morgans Hotel Group as a Regional Revenue Manager from June 2016 to December 2016, and as a Regional Revenue Analyst from July 2014 to June 2016. Nicole started their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Global Sales Coordinator from June 2013 to July 2014, and at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels as a Corporate Sales Coordinator from July 2011 to June 2013.

Nicole Truong attended Boston University from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration with a minor in Business Management.
