Salvador Valencia, MD has worked in a variety of roles since 1994. Salvador began their career at ABC Medical Center as a General Surgery. In 2002, they became an International Surgeon for SURGICON HEALTH CARE (P) LTD, where they tested a new stapling device to ligate cystic duct and up to 5 mm blood vessels. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Visiting Assistant Professor General Surgery at UCLA School of Medicine, where they conducted research projects related to development of new surgical techniques using new technology like Robotic Surgery. In 2007, they became the Medical Director of Baja Surgical Group, and in 2011 they were appointed as the Chief Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery Program at a Private Hospital. In 2018, they began their current role as Director Clinical Development Stem Cells Therapy at Cenegenics Elite Health. Salvador is also a Member of CASIT-UCLA.

Salvador Valencia, MD has a well-rounded educational background. Salvador began their educational journey by obtaining a High School Diploma from Crow High School in 1982. Salvador then went on to pursue an Especialist in General Surgery from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 1993 to 1997. In 2003, they became a Visiting Faculty in Minimally Invasive & Bariatric Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles. Additionally, they obtained a Coursera Mentor Community and Training Course Certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in April 2016 and is certified by the Consejo Mexicano de Cirugía General.
