Katie Burgos-Crossley

Katie Burgos-Crossley is an experienced professional in customer experience and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Cenergist since September 2022. With a strong background in stakeholder management and service improvement for large-scale commercial energy projects, Katie has effectively managed contracts from £1m to £15m. Previous roles include Key Account Manager at Arbor Education, where Katie oversaw a portfolio of Multi Academy Trusts and collaborated closely with approximately 200 schools to enhance customer service and system adoption. Katie has also held positions with UN Women National Committee Australia, Visionstream, Acacia, Wowsta, ClearView Wealth Limited, Flight Centre Travel Group, and Gift Fundraising, demonstrating a diverse skill set in operations, recruitment, sales, and marketing. Katie earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Brand Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2008.
