Sara Castle

Sara Castle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sara started their career as a Consultant/Implementation Specialist at Pfizer Global Research & Development, where they liaised with clinical project teams and led the global implementation of a proprietary Electronic Data Capture (EDC) software. Sara then worked as a Consultant/Principal Partner for Innovative Clinical Consulting (IC2) & Virtual Circle Inc., providing consulting services to clinical research sites and pharmaceutical companies. Sara later served as a Coordinator, Execution Capability at Conner Partners, where they automated the administration of training programs and streamlined communications. Sara also worked as a Communications & Change Management professional at Georgia Pacific and as an Associate at Resilience Alliance. Sara joined Mölnlycke Health Care as a Consultant/Senior CRA, and subsequently held the role of Senior CRA at INC Research Inc. and Peachtree BioResearch Solutions. Most recently, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at CenExel iResearch and the Owner of iResearch Atlanta, where they are committed to providing exceptional research experiences. Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including project management, training, change management, and clinical research.

Sara Castle attended Atlantic Union College from 2005 to 2007. Sara also completed a Certificate in Clinical Trials Management at Boston University from 2004 to 2005.
