Andrew Roberts

Andrew Roberts, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in global accounting and reporting. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Accounting & Reporting at Cengage Group since September 2018, Andrew specializes in finance transformation and oversees the global close, consolidation, and external reporting. Previous roles include Vice President and Assistant Controller at Philips, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end accounting and finance transformation for revenue units totaling approximately $5 billion. Andrew also held senior finance and accounting positions at LogicNow and Nuance Communications, managing significant teams and projects, including major company separations and sales transactions. Early career experience at Deloitte, KPMG, and Arthur Andersen involved advising on M&A transactions and auditing compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Andrew holds a BBA in Accounting from Siena College.
