Christy Rolfes

Christy Rolfes, SPHR, serves as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Talent Strategy at Cengage Group since June 2022. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources Business Partner at 84.51˚ and Senior Director of Business Partner at FIS, where strategic human resources support was provided to the Chief Revenue Officer and the Global Sales Organization in capital markets. Christy has also held senior leadership positions in human resources at FRONTGATE, overseeing talent management and culture for approximately 400 employees, and at HSN, managing HR initiatives for around 1500 employees with a focus on retention and employee relations. Early career experience includes roles at Cornerstone Brands and Worldpay. Christy holds a degree from Xavier University, completed between 2000 and 2004.
