Lisa Towle

Lisa Towle is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Cengage Group, where Lisa has served in various leadership roles since September 1995, currently as Sr Director of Employee Services. In this capacity, Lisa leads a team focused on enhancing employee experience and optimizing HR practices in collaboration with other strategic partners. Previous positions held include Executive Director, HR Business Partner, and Senior Director of Human Resources, where Lisa established strong partnerships with management to maximize talent performance.
