Rebecca Ritter

Rebecca Ritter is an accomplished sales leader and director at Cengage Group, specializing in field sales across the East Region since January 2011. As co-lead of the Women In Technology Employee Resource Group, Rebecca actively promotes a supportive culture for women and gender minorities. With a robust background in higher education sales management, Rebecca has received multiple accolades, including District Manager of the Year for the Northeast and recognition in the Circle of Excellence. Previous roles include customer success manager, account executive, and learning consultant, showcasing expertise in consultative selling and digital solutions. Prior to Cengage, Rebecca held positions at Jones & Bartlett Learning and Heinemann Publishing. Rebecca holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of New Hampshire, with double minors in Business Administration and Communication, and has further educational experiences at the University of Galway.
