Thomas Tan

Thomas Tan is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations for Asia and Australasia at Cengage Group since April 2023. Previously, Thomas held the position of Regional CFO for Asia at International SOS from June 2013 to June 2022, where responsibilities included rebuilding and restructuring teams while driving sales productivity during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to that, Thomas worked as General Manager of Operations at DKSH Singapore, significantly improving service delivery and cost efficiency, and held multiple finance roles at Procter & Gamble, where remarkable sales growth was achieved for Vicks in Singapore. Thomas holds advanced qualifications in mergers and acquisitions and earned a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
