Tracey Baschetti

Tracey Baschetti is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in leadership and commercial growth. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Cengage Group since August 2025, Tracey previously held the position of Executive in Transition focusing on GTM Strategy, Commercial Growth, and AI-Enabled Leadership at The Growth Architect from June 2024 to August 2025. Prior to that, Tracey was with The Real, where roles included Vice President of Sales & Commercial Growth and Regional Vice President of Sales from September 2022 to June 2024. Tracey spent over a decade at Kowa Pharmaceuticals America, Inc., ultimately serving as Senior Regional Sales Director for various therapeutic areas. Earlier experience includes a tenure as District Sales Manager at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. Tracey earned a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.
