Janina Schmidt

Janina Schmidt has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Janina began their career as a Werkstudentin (working student) in Executive Search at Dr. Maier + Partner GmbH, where they worked from March 2015 to April 2016. Janina then moved on to CENIT, where they initially worked as a Werkstudentin in Human Resources from October 2016 to January 2018. Janina then joined cellent as a working student in Talent Acquisition from August 2018 to December 2018. Janina eventually returned to CENIT in April 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Leader, where they are currently employed.

Janina Schmidt has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Hohenheim, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016.
