Sorin Ghirvu

Sorin Ghirvu has held several engineering roles throughout their career. Sorin started in 2014 as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Totalgaz Industrie Iasi, where they developed natural gas equipment and created technical solutions for new projects. In 2016, they joined Sonovision Group as an Electronic Engineer, where they worked on creating technical documentation for AIRBUS HELICOPTERS using various software tools. Sorin then transitioned to a System Software Engineer role at CENIT in 2017.

Sorin Ghirvu began their education at Theoretical High School Roznov in Romania from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Sorin then attended Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering. Sorin continued their studies at the same university from 2013 to 2015, obtaining a Master's Degree in Systemic of the Self-propelled Transportation with a focus on Automotive Engineering. In 2017, they attended Școala Informală de IT for a brief period to explore the field of IT through an INTRO IN IT program. In 2020, Sorin completed a CATIA Mid-Market Essentials - DEMONSTRATE certification through Dassault.
