Clovis Tuffier de Foïard is a co-founder and investor, leading Impulse Corporate Finance, a M&A and fundraising advisory firm with a focus on tech and over 60 transactions completed. They co-founded Cenitz in 2021, an exclusive C-level club that invests in early-stage technological startups with emphasis on Healthcare, Impact, and Deeptech. Previously, they worked at Carmin Finance in 2015 as part of the M&A team, where they performed financial analysis, market research, and were involved in sell-side, buy-side and fundraising processes, contributing to company valuation for listed and non-listed companies. They earned a Master in International Business, Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management (2014-2016) and studied Commerce international / commerce at Concordia University (2013-2014).
