Kaumalsingh Mathoorah is an experienced pastry cook with a background in the hospitality industry. Currently working at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. since September 2019, Kaumalsingh previously held the position of pastry cook at The Residence Mauritius and served as a commis at Residence Hotel from May 2017 to September 2019. Kaumalsingh obtained an NTC3 degree in pastry production from École hôtelière Sir Gaëton Duval between 2017 and 2018.
