Maladi D' Amour

Maladi D' Amour boasts extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as Executive Assistant Manager and Executive Chef/Director of Food Operations at The Residence Maldives since 2012. Previous roles include Executive Sous Chef at Anantara Kihavah Maldives (2010-2012) and Cotton House Hotel @Mustique Island Caribbean (2009-2010), as well as Executive Sous Chef positions at Aston City Hall (2008-2009) and Grand Swissbel Hotel Medan Indonesia (2007-2009). Maladi's career also includes Chef de Cuisine at One & Only Reethirah Maldives (2005-2008), Senior Chef de Partie at One & Only Kanuhura Maldives (2000-2003), and Chef de Partie at Four Seasons Regent Jakarta (1995-2000). Early experience involves a cross-exposure role at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore (1996) and Buffet Chef at Jakarta Hilton International Hotel (1992-1994).
