Oomesh Khawa has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the In Villa Dining Manager at The Residence Zanzibar since June 2012. In this role, Oomesh ensures adherence to minimum operating standards for service excellence, assigns responsibilities to subordinates, and conducts performance checks. Oomesh is also involved in inventory management, conducting daily briefings with staff, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with cashiering procedures.
