Beth Allen

Beth Allen, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Total Rewards and Talent Operations at Cenlar FSB since April 2024. Previously, Beth held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Community Relations at Spencer's from April 2022 to April 2024, and prior to that, was Head of Corporate Education and Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Acquisition at Cenlar FSB from October 2019 to April 2022. Beth's expertise includes leading talent acquisition strategies at Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages as Director of Talent and Learning and at PHH Corporation, where roles ranged from Director of Talent Acquisition to Senior Talent Consultant. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Beth has focused on building talent pipelines, enhancing leadership development, and driving organizational effectiveness through strategic learning initiatives. Beth's academic background includes a degree from Rowan University.
