Dina Toal

Dina Toal has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources. Dina began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at PMA Insurance Company in 1988 and held this role until 1996. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as an Employment Specialist at GE Water & Process Technologies. In 2000, Dina joined CommScope (formerly Motorola, Inc./Motorola Mobility/ARRIS) as a Director Human Resources/HR Business Partner, where they supported multiple business units and played a key role in organization and talent development, workforce planning, and employee communications. In July 2020, they transitioned to Cenlar FSB as the Director, HR Business Partner, where they serve as an internal consultant and works closely with executives and senior leaders to develop and implement organizational and people strategies.
