Josh Reicher

Josh Reicher is currently the Chief Digital Officer at Cenlar FSB. Josh has previously held positions at Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Advance Business Graphics.

Reicher has over 19 years of experience in the financial sector. Josh began their career as a Director of Technology Services at Advance Business Graphics in 1998. While there, they led a team of 15 in the project management, business/systems analysis, and programming of enterprise-wide technologies. In 2003, they transitioned to Bank of America as a Project Lead for Mortgage Loan Origination and Servicing Systems. There, they served as team lead and loan origination system (LOS) subject matter expert for two of the top five U.S. mortgage lenders. In 2005, they joined Morgan Stanley as Executive Director for Private Banking/Mortgage Technology. There, they were responsible for leading a mortgage technology organization and implementing technology solutions designed to deliver and grow private banking products. Under their leadership, Morgan Stanley became the fifth largest jumbo mortgage loan producer and highest Fitch ranked originator.

In their current role as Chief Digital Officer at Cenlar FSB, Reicher is responsible for leading the company's digital transformation. Josh is focused on creating innovative digital solutions that will improve the customer experience and drive growth.

Josh Reicher has a MBA from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business with a focus in finance and business economics. Josh also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In addition, Josh Reicher is certified by Microsoft in Azure Fundamentals and by Scrum Alliance in Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
