Matthew Kolen

Matthew Kolen, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on mortgage servicing and strategic management. Currently serving as Manager of Credit Union Service Delivery at Cenlar FSB since 2020, Matthew is dedicated to enhancing member experiences through operational improvements. Previously, as Senior Vice President at J.G. Wentworth Home Lending, LLC from 2016 to 2019, Matthew oversaw a portfolio of diverse loans and managed various servicing functions. Earlier roles include Associate Vice President at Freedom Mortgage, Director of Servicing at Ally Financial Inc., Senior Consultant at Capco, and Director of Finance at GMAC Mortgage.
