Meghna Gulati

Meghna Gulati has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Meghna most recently served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Cenlar FSB, where they developed recruitment strategies and managed a team of recruiters. Meghna also provided training and guidance to leadership on hiring practices and employee relations. Prior to that, they worked at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they developed a talent acquisition and development plan and established a training academy. Meghna also led vendor management and oversaw the selection and onboarding of software partners. Earlier in their career, they worked at VEDICSOFT as a Recruitment Manager and at BNY Mellon as a Business Associate. Overall, Meghna has a strong background in talent strategy and recruitment, and they are familiar with various HR tools and systems.

Meghna Gulati earned their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Vadodara between 1999 and 2001. Meghna then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Centenary College NJ between 2001 and 2003.
