Ana Elena Jiménez Carmona

Ana Elena Jiménez Carmona has been employed in three different positions since 2021. At CENOS Simulation Software, they are a Simulation Engineer, where they provide technical support and online customer training, as well as junior support engineer training. Ana Elena also performs CAD design, numerical mesh creation, physics setup, and result analysis for electromagnetic, thermal, and induction heating simulations. Ana Elena is also a Jr. Simulation Engineer (Induction Heating) I & II. At 5CA, they are a Gaming Support Agent, where they manage support through email response in both English and Spanish, uses Zendesk as a CRM, and provides assistance to players of a popular game with more than 350 million users, as well as one of the most important digital gaming stores worldwide. Lastly, at VMA LOGDIST, they are an Ingeniero residente.

Ana Elena Jiménez Carmona completed a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería mecatrónica from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 2016 to 2021. Ana Elena also completed a Tecnicatura in Marketing from the same institution from 2013 to 2015. In 2021, they obtained an HSK-1 certification from the Confucius Institute Headquarters and an EF SET Certificate C2 from EF Education First.
