Vadim Nareyko

Chief Technology Officer at CENOS

Vadim Nareyko has extensive experience in the technology industry. Vadim began their career in 2002 as a Consultant at OPEUS Technologies Ltd. In 2007, they became the COO of Glooip. In 2010, they were appointed Head of R&D at Itransition, where they were responsible for leading development projects and providing cost-efficient R&D. In 2014, they founded Management Masters School, an educational project focused on soft skills trainings. In 2017, they co-founded INDUTO. In 2018, they became a Partner at EnCata - Engineering CATALYST. In 2019, they founded AI/ML Lab and also became the Chief Technology Officer at Capital Assistance Group. In 2022, they became the Chief Technology Officer at CENOS Simulation Software.

Vadim Nareyko obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, and Economics from Belarusian State University in 1998. In 2014, they obtained a Training of Trainers from IFC - International Finance Corporation. In 2011, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. In 2005, they obtained trainings in Economics and Management from Stockholm University. From 2015 to 2016, Vadim Nareyko attended California Institute of the Arts, University of Maryland, and Stanford University, obtaining high school degrees in Game Design: Art and Concepts Specialization, Entrepreneurship: Launching an Innovative Business Specialization, and Game Theory, respectively. Vadim also obtained certifications in Entrepreneurship: Launching an Innovative Business Specialization, Yachtmaster Coastal Sail, Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship, International Bareboat Skipper Sail, Story and Narrative Development for Video Games, VHF Marine Radio Operator, Innovation for Entrepreneurs: From Idea to Marketplace, and Introduction to Game Design.
