Christina Ioannidou is an accomplished People and Culture Director with extensive experience in shaping HR strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Cenosco, Christina also founded Spark Back Coaching, which specializes in enhancing career strategy and leadership development. Previous leadership roles include People and Culture Director at Gospooky, where focus areas included learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), and performance management, as well as Head of People at Sympower and Yolt, where Christina significantly scaled organizations and developed comprehensive HR frameworks. Christina’s career began with talent acquisition roles at leading companies such as Booking.com and Samsung Electronics, demonstrating a strong foundation in recruitment and employee engagement. Christina Ioannidou holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations from Panteion University.
