Adam Hen

Adam Hen, P.Eng. has extensive experience in management within the energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Capital, Maintenance, and Asset Retirement Obligations at Cenovus Energy since January 2021. Previous roles include managing site operations for Canadian Refined Products at Cenovus Energy, where notable accomplishments included achieving zero safety incidents and leading successful retail site divestments. Prior to Cenovus, Adam held various managerial positions at Husky Energy, overseeing construction and environmental compliance, as well as strategic sourcing and supplier management, yielding significant savings and process improvements. Adam's career began at Celestica, where responsibilities included driving business development and supplier quality management across global teams. Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western University.
