Adam McGrath

Adam McGrath is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in operational excellence and management systems. Currently serving as the Manager of Assurance, Performance and Improvement at Cenovus Energy since January 2021, Adam leads a team focused on continuous improvement and environmental compliance. Prior to this, Adam held various leadership roles at Husky Energy from 2006 to 2020, including Senior Manager of Safety, Operational Integrity, and Environment, where Adam managed a large team and oversaw critical initiatives in risk management and operational integrity. Adam also contributed to the music industry as a Board Member and Treasurer for MUSICNL and had a notable tenure with the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission as Resource Centre Coordinator. Adam's educational background includes an MBA from Memorial University of Newfoundland and degrees in Information Studies, English, and Music from McGill University, Memorial University, and Concordia University, respectively.
