Alisha Bhura

Alisha Bhura is a seasoned professional in government affairs and regulatory policy with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Government Affairs at Cenovus Energy since December 2021, Alisha previously held roles including Advisor for Regulatory, Policy & Government Relations at the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association and Senior Policy Analyst at the Department of Energy, Government of Alberta. Additional experience includes strategic analysis for the City of Edmonton and various roles in project management, business analysis, and marketing coordination at organizations such as Elbow River Marketing Ltd., Pivotal Labs, and Research In Motion. Alisha holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Environmental Studies and Business from the University of Waterloo, along with an Environmental Assessment Diploma.
