Carrie Youzwishen

Carrie Youzwishen, MSc, PGeo, PCC, is a highly experienced geophysicist and coach currently serving as a Staff Geophysicist at Cenovus Energy, focusing on the Conventional Deep Basin regions of Elmworth, Kakwa, and Wapiti. In addition to this role, Carrie is the Founder and Executive and Career Coach at CY Coaching, helping clients from various sectors rediscover their creativity and achieve their career aspirations. As a Fellow Leadership Coach at BetterUp, Carrie utilizes coaching and behavioral science to enhance individual resilience and purpose. Past roles include Senior Geophysicist at Insight Geoconsulting, career coaching at Higher Landing Inc, and various technical positions at Murphy Oil, Husky Energy, and ExxonMobil.
