Jennifer S. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, labour relations, and HR business partnerships. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Advisor and Senior Strategic HR Partner at Cenovus Energy since April 2023, Jennifer previously held several leadership roles at the City of Calgary from May 2008 to October 2022, including Leader of Labour Relations and Manager of HR Business Partnerships for Calgary Police Services. Jennifer began her career in human resources at TD Canada Trust and Tartan Engineering, holding various HR-related positions. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Organizational Dynamics from the University of Calgary.
