Annika Muschallik

Annika Muschallik has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at censhare since June 2017, and has also held roles as Interim Global Head of People & Organization and Senior Recruiting Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Annika took a sabbatical from September 2016 to May 2017 and worked at Miele from September 2013 to September 2016 as HR-Manager for Talent Management & HR Marketing. Previous positions include HR-Manager at Prinovis GmbH & Co. KG, Intern in Human Resources at The Coca-Cola Company, and a student worker at GPDM Consulting. Annika began the professional career as a Purchasing Specialist and completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KG aA. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Business Studies from Paderborn University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, complemented by an international study semester at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
