Karsten Nielsen

Karsten Nielsen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles in the technology industry. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at censhare since December 2023, Karsten oversees global sales, marketing, pre-sales, and partner organizations. Prior to this role, Karsten held various positions at CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA and Oracle, including Area Vice President and Vice President & Nordic Cluster Applications Leader, respectively. At Oracle, Karsten was responsible for leading multiple applications business units in the Nordic region and managed significant sales initiatives and teams across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. Earlier career experiences include roles at IBM, where Karsten focused on enterprise sales and led significant accounts, and a foundational position as a financial advisor at Nordea. Karsten holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and further education from the International Business Academy and Cranfield School of Management.
