Traugott Emrich

Emrich Traugott holds the position of Chief Services Officer at censhare, starting January 2024, where responsibilities include leading Service Delivery and enhancing Solution Development, Professional Services, and Customer Support Services. Prior to this role, Emrich served as Chief Operating Officer and C-Board Member at Infoniqa from December 2021 to November 2023, and as Director of Customer Support at Sage from January 2019 to November 2021. Emrich's extensive career also includes significant positions at Oracle from July 1993 to December 2018, where various roles included Senior Director of Critical Accounts and Director of Global Support, along with leadership positions at Digital Equipment Corporation from August 1984 to 1993 as a Senior Technical Services Engineer. Emrich is an alumnus of the Scandinavian International Management Institute, having studied there from 2004 to 2005.
