Charlie Lockyer

Charlie Lockyer is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the talent acquisition and people intelligence sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Censia since May 2017, Charlie oversees product development in a Series A company focused on data modeling. Prior to Censia, Charlie was a Product Manager at 1-Page, contributing to its acquisition by Censia, and held the role of Account Director for the APAC region, driving sales growth and collaborating across various operational teams. Earlier career experiences include a Managing Consultant position at Korn Ferry, where Charlie managed the Consumer and Life Science Practice, and roles at Oryx Executive Search, advancing from Research to Consultant. Charlie holds a BA Hons in Geography from Anglia Ruskin University.
