Nicole Salama

Nicole Salama serves as the Vice President of Executive Intelligence at Censia, a role that began in January 2024 and focuses on optimizing leadership through executive search services for public companies and private equity firms. Prior to this position, Nicole was an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates from January 2021 to January 2024. Nicole's career has also included significant roles at Walgreens as Regional Sales Director and Director of Infusion Planning, and at Stryker Endoscopy as a Sales Representative and Business Development Manager. Additionally, Nicole began a professional journey at Merck as a Marketing Manager. Nicole holds an MBA in Business from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Biology from Harvard University.
