Tracey Tink

Tracey Tink is the Chief Customer Officer at Censia. Tracey was previously the Global Head of Vision and Delivery at SAP SuccessFactors from January 2015 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the HR Project Manager, CM Workforce Solutions at BMO Financial Group from May 2014 to December 2014. Tracey has also held the position of Senior Manager Service Delivery at Ceridian from March 2010 to December 2012. During their time at Ceridian, they were responsible for spearheading the transformation of the complex products within the Service Organization, resulting in a 55% increase of positive client satisfaction. Tracey is a dynamic leader with 13 years of diverse business and technical insight who consistently achieves and exceeds customer/ business commitments.

Tracey Tink has a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Durham College and a degree from Ryerson University.

They work with Burges Karkaria - Chief Technology Officer, Tim Johnson - Co-Founder & VP of Sales, and Bruce Cooper - Co-Founder & CTO. Their manager is Joanna Riley, Co-Founder & CEO.
